All medications must go through the Nurse's office, accompanied by a signed parent/ guardian note. This includes COUGH DROPS! ALL medication must be in the original container. All prescription medication must be in the original pharmacy container with the child’s name, medication date and dosing instructions.
Please make sure to keep a change of season appropriate clothing in all students' Kinder-2nd grades backpack.

Have all doctors and parent/guardians notes turned in within two days of returning back to school. You may also email them in to aday@damonisd.net.
